International Delivery:

We offer international delivery for our products, subject to certain restrictions and regulations. Before placing an order, it is important to verify if any restrictions apply to your desired delivery location. Some products may be restricted or prohibited in certain countries. When Will Products be Provided:

During the ordering process, we will inform you about the estimated delivery time. We strive to deliver products to you as promptly as possible. For international deliveries outside South Korea, please allow a timeframe of 7 to 14 working days from the acceptance of your order. Dispatch timings are as follows:

If the ordered product is in stock, we will dispatch it to you within 2 working days from the acceptance of your order. If the ordered product is not in stock, we will make every effort to dispatch it to you within 7 to 14 working days from the acceptance of your order.

Responsibility for Products:

Once we deliver the products to the address provided by you, they become your responsibility.

Import Duties, Taxes, and Legal Compliance:

If you order products for delivery to a country outside South Korea, please be aware that import duties, taxes, and medical laws and regulations may apply upon the arrival of the delivery. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. It is your responsibility to comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country. Any applicable duties, taxes, or legal requirements are to be borne by you. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information prior to placing your order.

Non-Delivery Due to Import/Customs Issues:

If you order products to be delivered internationally and they do not reach you due to import or customs issues, we will not be liable to issue a refund for those products.
